By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you provide information about a minor athlete, you represent that you are the athlete’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from the athlete’s parent or legal guardian to provide the information.

Personal and Contact Information
Parent or guardian name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address
Athlete name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, age, and graduation year
Emergency contact information
Account, registration, and communication preferences
Athlete, Academic, and Recruiting Information
School, sport, position, team, jersey number, height, weight, and athletic measurements
Verified testing results, event performance, rankings, evaluations, photographs, interviews, videos, highlights, and player cards
Grade-point average, graduation year, standardized test scores, NCAA or NAIA identification numbers, and other recruiting-related information
Social media handles and links supplied by the athlete or family
Recruiting goals, college preferences, and information submitted through forms or conversations
Transaction Information
Registration selection, purchase history, payment status, billing details, discount codes, and transaction identifiers
Payment-card information is generally processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on our own systems.

IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and website interaction data

3. How We Use Information

Process registrations, payments, refunds where applicable, and event admission
Confirm registrations and provide schedules, location details, check-in instructions, weather or safety notices, and other event updates
Conduct testing, measurements, evaluations, interviews, photography, videography, rankings, and event operations
Create athlete profiles, verified results, official rankings, player cards, reports, and recruiting materials
Share athlete recruiting information with college coaches, athletic programs, recruiting personnel, and service providers involved in delivering requested recruiting exposure
Deliver recruiting education, seminars, resources, evaluations, and follow-up services

Send email, telephone, and text communications consistent with the consent provided by the recipient
Promote upcoming showcases, registration opportunities, recruiting services, partner opportunities, and related offerings, where permitted by law
Analyze website and campaign performance, improve our services, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and users
Comply with legal, regulatory, safety, and recordkeeping obligations
4. Athlete Profiles, Rankings, and Recruiting Exposure
Elite Offer Showcase is designed to produce and distribute recruiting-related information. If a parent or guardian registers an athlete or submits athlete information, we may create a limited-access, coach-only profile containing information such as the athlete’s name, school, sport, position, graduation year, measurements, verified testing results, rankings, headshot, interview, highlight links, and player card.
We may provide or make this recruiting information available through coach-only access to college coaches, athletic departments, recruiting personnel, event partners, and platforms used to deliver the showcase services. We will not intentionally include sensitive information such as a home address, personal payment information, or full date of birth in an athlete’s coach-only recruiting profile.
Because recruiting profiles and player cards may be shared by families, coaches, and other recipients, we cannot control further sharing by third parties once information has been lawfully disclosed or made public at the direction of the parent or guardian.
5. Text Messages and Telephone Calls
When you separately opt in, Elite Offer Showcase may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include registration confirmations, event reminders, schedule or location updates, check-in instructions, results or profile notifications, customer-care messages, and promotional messages about future Elite Offer Showcase events and services. This consent does not authorize marketing messages from Pro 7 Sports Recruiting, sponsors, partners, or any other separately branded business.

We may use service providers to deliver our text messages, but mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Event partners and personnel: venues, testing providers, contractors, volunteers, medical or safety personnel, and other parties reasonably necessary to operate the event
Professional advisers: attorneys, accountants, insurers, and consultants
Legal and safety recipients: government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect safety, rights, property, or prevent fraud
Business transaction parties: parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of some or all business assets, subject to appropriate protections
Other parties at your direction or with your consent
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share mobile opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including phone numbers, with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
