ELITE OFER SHOWCASE - Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 15, 2026
Last Updated: September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to eliteoffershowcase.com and your registration for, purchase of, or participation in services offered by Elite Offer Showcase. Elite Offer Showcase is operated by Pro 7 Sports Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the website, submitting a form, purchasing a registration, or participating in a showcase, you agree to these Terms. If registering a minor, you represent that you are the athlete’s parent or legal guardian or are otherwise legally authorized to enter into these Terms for the athlete.

1. Eligibility and Parent/Guardian Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase a registration. A minor athlete may participate only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian and completion of all required registration, consent, release, medical, and waiver documents.

2. Showcase Services

Depending on the selected registration package, services may include athletic testing, measurements, verified results, rankings, evaluations, recruiting education, an athlete profile, a player card, interviews, photographs, video, recruiting tools, or distribution of recruiting information.

Package features, schedules, locations, capacity limits, and deliverables are described on the applicable registration or checkout page. We may make reasonable operational substitutions when necessary, provided the overall nature of the purchased service is not materially reduced.

3. No Guarantee of Scholarships, Offers, Rankings, or Recruitment

Participation does not guarantee a scholarship, roster position, college admission, coach contact, recruiting offer, sponsorship, ranking level, or any other particular result. Rankings, evaluations, and recruiting decisions involve judgment and may depend on performance, academics, eligibility, team needs, coach preferences, available roster spots, and other factors outside our control.

References to exposure, coach access, profile distribution, or the ability to send information to coaches mean that recruiting information and tools may be made available or distributed; they do not promise that any coach will view, respond to, evaluate, recruit, or offer an athlete.

4. Registration Information and Accuracy

You agree to provide complete and accurate information. You are responsible for promptly correcting inaccurate athlete, academic, contact, medical, or registration information. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel participation where information is materially false, incomplete, unsafe, unauthorized, or violates these Terms.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

All fees are stated at checkout and are due at the time indicated. Taxes and processing charges, if any, will be disclosed before purchase.

Registrations are non-refundable after purchase, except where required by law or where Elite Offer Showcase cancels an event as described below.

If an athlete cannot attend, the purchaser may request either a one-time transfer of the registration to another eligible athlete or a credit toward a future Elite Offer Showcase event. The written request must be received at [email protected] at least seven calendar days before the scheduled event. Event credits expire 12 months after the original event date, have no cash value, may be used once, and are subject to availability. Transfers and credits are not available for requests made fewer than seven calendar days before the event, late arrivals, no-shows, partial participation, removal for misconduct, or an athlete’s decision not to participate.

If Elite Offer Showcase cancels an event, the purchaser may choose either a full refund of the registration fee paid or a credit toward a rescheduled or future Elite Offer Showcase event. If an event is postponed or relocated within a reasonable distance because of weather, safety conditions, venue restrictions, government action, or another circumstance beyond our reasonable control, the registration will transfer to the rescheduled or relocated event. If the athlete cannot attend the replacement event, the purchaser may request a 12-month event credit.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, meals, lost wages, equipment, or other incidental or consequential expenses, even when an event is modified, postponed, relocated, or canceled.

6. Event Changes, Weather, and Force Majeure

Event dates, times, venues, personnel, testing order, and schedules may change because of weather, venue restrictions, safety concerns, emergencies, low enrollment, government action, labor disruptions, equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When practical, we may reschedule, relocate, delay, shorten, or modify an event. Any credit or refund will be governed by the policy displayed at checkout and applicable law.

7. Participant Conduct

Athletes, families, guests, and representatives must follow event rules, venue policies, safety instructions, and staff directions. We may remove or deny access to any person whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, dishonest, or damaging to participants, staff, property, or event operations. Removal for misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund.

8. Health, Fitness, Medical Care, and Assumption of Risk

Athletic testing and showcase participation involve physical activity and inherent risks, including falls, collisions, overexertion, heat-related illness, aggravation of existing conditions, serious injury, disability, or death. The participant and parent or guardian are responsible for determining whether the athlete is medically and physically able to participate.

You agree to disclose material medical limitations and follow safety instructions. In an emergency, you authorize event personnel to contact emergency services and, where legally permitted, facilitate reasonable emergency care. You are responsible for medical expenses incurred on the participant’s behalf.

A separate, attorney-reviewed participation waiver and release should be signed before the athlete takes the field. These website Terms do not replace a state-specific liability waiver.

9. Testing, Rankings, and Corrections

Testing results may be affected by athlete performance, technique, equipment, environment, or human or technical error. We may review and correct a demonstrable recording, calculation, or data-entry error. Rankings may change as additional athletes participate, standards evolve, data is corrected, or ranking periods are updated.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, rankings and evaluations reflect the methodology and information available at the time and are not promises of future performance.

10. Athlete Profiles and Recruiting Information

By requesting recruiting exposure services, the parent or guardian authorizes us to use and share recruiting-related athlete information as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include the athlete’s name, school, sport, position, graduation year, measurements, verified results, rankings, photograph, interview, video, highlight links, and player card.

Athlete profiles are intended for coach-only access and will not intentionally include a home address, personal payment data, or full date of birth. The parent or guardian may request correction of inaccurate information or removal from future coach access, subject to reasonable processing time, legal retention duties, and materials already lawfully distributed to authorized recipients.

11. Photos, Video, Interviews, and Publicity

Showcase activities may be photographed, recorded, streamed, or documented. Any use of an identifiable minor athlete’s image, voice, interview, or likeness for advertising or broad promotional purposes must be covered by a separate, clear parent/guardian media release presented during registration or check-in.

The media release should specify permitted uses, whether use is perpetual, whether compensation is provided, and how future use may be limited or revoked where applicable. A parent’s refusal to authorize optional promotional use should not prevent ordinary participation unless recording is essential to a clearly disclosed purchased deliverable.

12. Intellectual Property

The website, showcase branding, original written materials, graphics, rankings format, reports, and other content supplied by us are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable law. You may use athlete-specific profiles, results, and player cards supplied to your family for personal recruiting, educational, and noncommercial promotional purposes.

You may not copy, scrape, resell, impersonate, remove ownership notices from, or exploit our website, databases, systems, or content without written permission.

13. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of photographs, videos, highlights, statistics, and other materials you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to deliver the showcase, profile, ranking, recruiting exposure, support, and related services you request, and for any additional uses covered by a separate consent or media release.

You represent that you have the right to submit the materials and that our authorized use will not violate another person’s rights.

14. Communications

You agree that we may send transactional emails and contact you about a registration or requested service. Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from using the link provided.

If you separately check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Elite Offer Showcase at the number provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology and may include registration support, event reminders, operational updates, results or profile notices, and promotions for future Elite Offer Showcase events and services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Your SMS consent applies only to Elite Offer Showcase. It does not authorize Pro 7 Sports Recruiting, sponsors, partners, affiliates, or other separately branded businesses to send marketing texts.

15. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for payments, website hosting, CRM services, communications, analytics, event operations, testing, profiles, or recruiting distribution. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our control.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access, error-free data, or any specific athletic, academic, recruiting, or financial result.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, event partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost data, or lost profits arising from the website or services.

Except for liability that cannot legally be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the registration or service giving rise to that claim.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and partners from third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from materially false information you provide, content you submit without permission, your violation of these Terms, or misconduct by you or your guests.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Optional attorney decision: If the Company wants mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a pre-suit notice process, have licensed counsel draft and approve those provisions before adding them.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version posted when a registration is purchased will govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed to by the purchaser.

21. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, checkout terms, package description, and any signed event waiver or media release form the agreement concerning the applicable services. If event-specific checkout terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific event terms control for that purchase.
